    Assist the PLM team with Management of the logistics and analysis of product data of the Merrell collection for the EMEA region.

    Primary Duties

      • Aid the Product team with range analysis (sales evolution on a franchise, pattern and colour level), into setting line size targets, line size analysis and reporting and sample targeting as well as ordering and reporting.
      • In conjunction with the JPLMs manages the logistics of product data capture from brief stage through final stock number assignment, pricing and launch to market.
      • Help proactively in the management of the diverse range plans / files:
        • Ensure files are accurate on an on-going basis and follow every product Milestone.
        • Report changes to all Key departments such as Demand Planning, Finance and Sales Team
      • In conjunction with both JPLM’s and Demand Planning manage sample ordering process on a seasonal basis.
      • Responsible for the sales forecast process:
        • Work with Country Managers and International Manager to the creation of forecast tools and collation of Data
        • Analysis of forecasts evolution
        • Upload forecasts into PLM for all markets/regions (i.e owned and 3P)
      • Collate all range add-backs, regularly review status with JPLM’s and review performance once seasonal buys are complete.
      • Collects and reports regularly on key competitor, market and product activity to provide for the timely and efficient input into all stages of the global product development.
      • Gather information on consumers' reactions to products via retailer websites
      • Participating in the creation and preparation of presentations
      • Contributes to the compilation of a seasonal footwear brief and line plan for Europe
      • Work with JPLM’s in the creation of concept briefs and liaise with Product Development to assure product cost and integrity exists in the collections.
      • Collate and best communicate weekly product changes to the Sales team
      • Travel within Europe and the USA.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

      • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
      • Experience in the footwear field preferable.
      • Experience in a similar role i.e. merchandise / sales planning position
      • Good understanding of the footwear industry and shoemaking process.
      • Strong oral and written communication skills.
      • IT Proficient with strong analytical and Excel skills
      • Organised and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent attention to detail
      • A fun, proactive and ‘can do’ attitude
      • Must have a collaborative approach and be able to work across a matrix structure.





      Role based in London (kings Cross). Travel to Europe and EMEA required.
