Coordinate all operational activities of the customer order cycle to service highly demanding partners in the EMEA region. Delivering to Brand Groups forecasts is critical. Working with the Brand and Global Operations Groups the role is to elevate customer service levels, whilst continuing to deliver the brands on time to each market.

Primary Duties

  • Manages Brand(s) account base in multiple EMEA countries; coordinating and communicating with distributors to ensure they have an accurate view of their order book.
  • Customer facing sales order process, including SAP sales order entry & maintenance, supply chain and shipping/logistics compliance monitoring
  • Provide weekly shipment reports (Trackers) based on delivery/credit status of a/c base and highlighting/ managing risk to the Brands revenue forecasts
  • Communicates with Factory liaisons (CPO’s) on behalf of Distributors regarding the timing of shipments, supply chain and open production orders
  • Monitors all payments to vendors from Global / Licensees, ensures letters of credit meet company standards and legal requirements and monitors Trade Card to track payment status
  • Supporting S&OP plans.
  • Establishing strong relationships with Distributors through high performance
  • Provide visibility on the status of samples and co-ordinate delivery to Distributors.
  • Ensure DDP/DDU/FOB Volume Direct goods are invoiced in line with operating model standards.
  • Highlighting ‘pending production’ issues and escalating where necessary to sales teams.
  • Perform other duties as required / assigned by the Manager

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

  • SAP/Business Warehouse experience preferred
  • At least 1 year previous experience in wholesale merchandising/customer services
  • Interpersonal, leadership & communication skills essential
  • Good Excel experience and numerate
  • Highly motivated, confident and organised individual
  • Languages would be an advantage
  • Works well under pressure when working to tight deadlines
  • Fluent written and spoken Russian would be an advantage

WORKING CONDITIONS

Normal office environment.  Some travel required.
